Uh-oh! Did your shipped cookies arrive too doughy or melty?

Easy fix! Keep on reading below or click here.

Cookies are best enjoyed fresh. Some cookies, like our Old School cookie, are particularly best served warm.

Saving one for tomorrow? Store it inside an airtight container for up to four days (they'll last way longer than that but we strive for freshness).

Don't forget! Always remove wrapping before reheating.

Cookies stuffed with cream cheese must be refrigerated.

PRO TIP :  freeze cookies in freezer-safe container for up to three months for yummiest results, and to get that fresh-out-of-the-oven feel.

*COOL DOWN TIME :  It's up to you! These are mere suggestions. For a gooey-er cookie, enjoy after 5 min. If you like your cookies warm and soft, yet also enjoy biting into a crispy exterior, wait 20 min. It's a lot to ask, we know, but it's so worth it!

My cookies arrived soft and doughy—sadness. Now what?

We seal your cookies in pouches to keep them fresh and safe from contaminants. Since our cookies are thicker and filled with all sorts of deliciousness, they hold more moisture than your typical flat cookies. This and warm weather might cause the cookies to lose their exterior crispness during travel—but don’t worry, that’s actually a good thing! You can always bring back the crisp, but you can’t save a dry cookie. Here’s how:

For cookies with icing: Pop them in the fridge for 20-30 minutes to get a nice bite! Just don’t leave them too long, as it can dry them out. Although it has no icing, our Red Velvet would be best using this method.

For cookies without icing (like our Old School): Warm them up as mentioned above, then let them cool for 10-20 minutes to bring that fresh-out-of-the-oven crispiness back.
